Fitbit blaze is not holding a full charge. It loses battery life to almost zero in only 3 hours

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the battery on your Fitbit Blaze 😕
A full charge on a Fitbit Blaze should last up to 5 days, so if it's lasting only 3, there is a problem. Now, I was trying to escalate your case to our Support Team but they said there is no Blaze paired on your account. If it is under a different email address, I would recommend getting in touch with them and they will be happy to help you out!

I have also just started having charging issues with my Fitbit as well, it is a year 1/2 old.
It used to last 4-5 days without the need to be recharged and last week started going from fully charged to empty within about 4hrs. It did this after being fully charged and then just left on the side as well while I went out. There is nothing wrong with charging it as it still takes a few hours to fully recharge but just doesn't hold the charge anymore?
