Fitbit Blaze battery not lasting more than 24 hours

Well, my fitbit Blaze is less than 2 years old and spends more time on the charger than it does on my arm! Fitbit offered me a rebate to purchase a newer watch, but its basically the same price as i can buy it anywhere right now! Very disappointed! I give up trying the "chat".

And..........I never receive the survey after the chat"s" are done!

My Blaze is going in the garbage today and I am so upset and disappointed about my watch and Fitbit!

Hi there @_bobj_, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with the battery on your Blaze not lasting as it should.

When it comes to the options that our Support Team offered, I'm sorry that we can not accomodate you in a better way at this time. If you'd like to take advantage of the discount, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to help you with the process.

If you need anything else, I'm here to help!

Same story with mine - it is slightly under two years old, but for the past two weeks it simply can't leave more than half of the day from one charge
