Fitbit Blaze being discountinued

My husband and I purchased two Blaze watches - Now I hear it is discontinued and they will support the software for a while but who knows how long.  What a waste of money - I will not buy another Fitbit device again because of this.  We feel cheated and duped.

Hi there @sha8524, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your Fitbit Blaze tracker. As you mention, it has been discontinued but will be supported indefinitely. If you just purchased the tracker and are within the 45 days of the purchase and you got the trackers from Fitbit directly, you can return them and get a refund for them. You can also check the retunr policies from the retailer you got it from if that was the case.

Anything else you may need, I'm here to help!

Thanks for your reply. I hope they will be supported for a long time since we did purchase them from BJ’s Wholesale about 6-9 months ago. Why would you continue selling them (just saw them a few days ago at BJs) knowing they are discontinued. I guess “Buyer Beware”.

Fitbit has stopped selling them, BJ's must still have some left in stock but this is not Fitbit selling them.
