Bluetooth on my Fitbit blaze watch keeps turning off....... I have to keep going into settings on the watch to change it to "pair" and it then turns off again shortly after, hence Fitbit does not sync. Anyone have any ideas? I'm wondering if it's my phone which is a Huawei as this didn't happen with my Samsung. Thanks for any help!

@JaneC1968 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
I will gladly assist you with the syncing issue on your Blaze. You don't need to keep the device in pairing mode. Also which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure Bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.

Good morning,
I have tried unpairing, rebooting both phone and watch and still unable to connect.
I'm using a Huawei P10 and a Blaze watch.
My watch has not synced in days.
Please advise.

I am also having issues with my Huawei and my blaze.
The Huawei is a p30 and it keeps disconnecting from the fitbit blaze.
To get the blaze to sync I am having to force restart the fitbit blaze to be able to re-pair the blaze and my phone and get it yo sync, once it has synced it stops working again. Ive tried restarting both the phone, its bluetooth and the fitbit but the issue comes back whenever I want to sync the blaze, it doesn't do it automatically

Forgot to say, the bluetooth option doesn't appear in settings unless I restart the blaze and then as soon as it goes into sleep the bluetooth disappears
