Just got Blaze and it counts 16k to 18k steps daily while my S8 has me at between 8k & 10k steps. I carry the S8 in back pocket and it goes pretty much everywhere with me. I just cant understand why the huge difference. I'm left handed, wear the Fitbit on right wrist with tracker set to non-dominant. Any ideas?
It's been consistently that big of a difference for a week now. I have tried on both wrists. I would love to find out if its true that I'm really walking that many more steps per day!
Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @MyronWheeler.
If you are seeing that your Blaze is not being accurate regarding your steps, I recommend restarting the tracker, see how many steps you have so far, walk 100 steps and let me know how many it registered.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for responding to my request. I restarted Blaze and walked 100 steps two different times. The Blaze correctly recorded the steps both times, as did the S health app on my S8. But, by the end of the day, the fitbit had me at 17k steps and S health had me at 13k steps. Im just having a hard time understanding why there's such a big difference. I really enjoy the Fitbit tracker and the app, so will continue to mess around with some different parameters.
Thank You!
