Hi there @Nikhilchheda, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze counting steps while you're not wearing it and also for the heart rate monitor not registering your heart rate as it should.
Now, when you don't wear your tracker and it still count steps, do you leave it on something that could pick up vibrations of any kind? In most cases, users leave their trackers close to fan stations that will make the tracker to vibrate and this causes the tracker to record extra steps mistakenly.
Something you can do is to set up your tracker as a new device. This should help with both, your tracker counting steps while not being worn and also with your heart rate.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!
