Fitbit Blaze cracked display

Right before I went to bed my Fitbit was working perfectly fine, I wear mine to bed every night to monitor my sleep and when I woke up this morning it had appeared to be cracked from the inside (behind the screen) and it won't stop flashing, i can't change the screen and the greenlight under the fitbit does not light up anymore. 

Does anyone know what could have happened?

hi there,

after emailing you yesterday, I put my fitbit away and went to check on it
this morning and it seems to be working again. im not sure what happened
but I would like to have you take a deeper look into what was the cause of
it. I am not using it today as I don't want to ruin it even more.
