Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Last week I reported that my blaze has a crack right across the glass it has never been dropped or pushed in to the cradle the wrong way but it has cracked. After 4 days of of emails including photos of the crack they now say they do not cover scratches or dents and have only offed a 25% discount on a new Fitbit. I don't wont a discount on another fitbit I wont it fitted or replaced.

Help

Well i will not be buying any more fitbit trackers and will recommend other people buy other tracks that are on the market.

Thanks for stopping by @Hawke6! I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with your Blaze. At this time, each case is reviewed individually and the solution that Customer Support provides you is based on the Fitbit Warranty

Your understanding towards the resolution is appreciated.

I have the exact same issue. I received my Blaze as a gift in January of this year. I noticed last week that there was crack in the upper left side of the watch. I didn't remember specifically causing it, and there is no impact mark at the site of the crack. I contacted customer service at Fitbit. They were extremely nice and helpful. I took a picture of the crack while on the phone. They put me on hold while reviewing the picture with the support team. They came back and agreed that there was no impact mark on the screen. I took this to mean that it's a defect that needs to get fixed. They then told me that the crack should not affect function of the watch and I can keep wearing it or buy a new one with a 25% discount. I was impressed with the service until they basically admitted that there was a defect in the gorilla glass but they weren't going to replace the glass or watch. I will keep wearing it until water gets in the crack and then I will switch to another brand. I love the watch but I don't have the income to spend this much money on a product that can be repaired.
