I recently got a Fitbit blaze for Christmas which makes it only about 3 months old, not even. This morning getting out of my car for school I noticed that the screen had shattered I have been reading up on it all morning and still not sure on what to do. I purchased the Fitbit at Khols, I know they come with a limited time one-year warranty and I'm just basically wondering will this be covered? like I said I just want it fixed no refunded no 25% off, this was a Christmas present to me and sort of means something to me. Can anyone help me?

Hey there @bailey_alexis! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry about the damaged screen on your Blaze though 😕

At this point, there's not much that can be done in the Community. I'd like to escalate your case to our Support Team so they can see if it will be covered under the warranty. They will be able to provide you with the available options.

Let me know if you need more help and hope to see you back on track soon!

That would be much appreciated. I had no clue how to contact someone and actually get a response other then this.
