I have fully charged my Blaze but the screen is frozen on the diamond Blaze icon. It will not swipe and the button does not take it back to the clock screen. PLEASE HELP😱

Is this common or has my Blaze given up the ghost?😳

Hi there @Denbar282, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze not responding. I would like to give you a hand with this.

My first suggestion would be to give your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After that, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and the screen should come back on.

If you need more help with this, feel free to let me know!
