Hi! My FitBit Blaze doesn't want to charge. I put it into charger and left it for a night in the morning the battery wasn't charge. The last night the battery dies from half charged. All morning i try to make it works. I usually charge it with phone adapter into contact. I do 4 time restarting by holding Back Botton and Bottom right one. Also a few days ago i have a trouble with my back botton it doesn't want to work. Now it doesn't want to swipe a side when i get ir out from charger or i place it there. I write to the support team but would like to know your opinions. Thank you!

@Manenkototry cleaning all the contacts on the charger base and your Blaze pebble. Restarting it usually helps with a glitch.
Check the usb ports and see if the one you're using is working or not.
You never need it to be charging more than two hours. It can harm it to be there for so long.
Customer support will get back with you. They are pretty awesome.

I know i should charge it for 2 hours. I left it two or three times for all night. I think when the battery is fool its stop charging it like my phone or?
Well, the Support team send me a letter. But they're advises doesn't help me so i back it to the store. 😞 i can't try with other charger or usb because the cable is put into the charge device.
I so sorry that i should send it back but i hope it's soon back to me.
