Fitbit Blaze, don't respond to the buttons

Sorry for my vas English; 4 days ago i get a Blaze as my graduation gift, but since yesterday the Burton on the left Andrés the 2 buttons on the right stop working, i'm stuck on Today app, the Blaze respond to the wrist move and the touchscreen, but the buttons arent working, i don't know What to do, i havent use un roughlly si im a little confuse what's going on, thankyou

Do the Buttons work out side of the frame at all? Sometimes I dont get it set right in the frame and they will not work. But I insert it again and they do

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If your Blaze buttons are not working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
