Hello,
I am experiencing a problem with my blaze where I let it charge in the cradle and once I take it out and strap to my wrist it suddenly freezes and stays on the Fitbit logo.
I have searched the forum and I have tried a reset by pushing and holding the left and bottom right button. I have successfully reset it three times now. However It still freezes. I got it in June of 2016 so I am unsure if warranty still covers it, please let me know on how to proceed.
