my partner bought me a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas and has stopped working. I have tried all the solutions that have been posted via Community page, but nothing has changed. The fitbit logo is on screen but does not swipe or sync to phone. It has been like this now for 2 weeks.

Sometimes doing the restart 3 times in a row helps
