Fitbit Blaze got wet. At first battery discharged and wouldn't work at all. Now it's locked on home screen and won't swipe. I can't even change the home screen through the app.

Hi @jonstein125. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums and I'm really sorry to hear that your tracker got wet and is not working anymore 😕

Have you tried by any chance to put it in rice? If not, I think you're still on time. Put it in a bowl with rice for about 24-48 hours. After that, put it to charge and restart it and see if that helps. The rice should absorb any moisture inside the tracker.

Another alternative are the little silica pellets that come inside the shoes boxes. They are great for keeping moisture away from objects and will work great for absorbing it from your Blaze.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!

The rice did not work. Still will not swipe from home screen even after
multiple resets.

Hi there @jonstein125.  Thanks for getting back! 🙂

Just to know what is exactly going on... is it the display the only thing that is not working properly and you are able to see your tracker syncing to your dashboard or is it not working at all?

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

The home screen is working (I can see the clock face) but it doesn't swipe.

Thanks for getting back @jonstein125!

That's a good sign to start! Please try to restart it and see if this helps.

You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and you can see if with this, you're able to swipe to the other screens.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!
