My fitbit suddenly hanged and froze at the logo. I couldn't reset even after pressing left and bottom right button. Doesn't show it's charging when I put into the charging cradle too. Pls help

@Joyn A warm welcome to our Community!

 

I will gladly assist you with this. Lets try to make it charge again before taking other actions. You can try

cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
