My Fitbit Blaze has frozen on the black screen - reset button don't work , the contact us feature of the web site also does not work. Anyone got any idea's ?

Hey same here. But actually this watch wasn't charging on numerous occasions and just now the screen goes black. Doesn't even sync. Help!!

If you still have problems with your blaze I found out that if you manage to get it on, go to settings and shut it down, then put it back on charge. Worked for me and 3 others!
