Hello.

My Blaze's battery drained and I left it charging overnight.

It didn't even flash the battery on the screen.

 

I held the left button and bottom right button for 10 seconds, it vibrated.

The green heart rate lights are flickering on the back, but the screen is black. Nothing on it.

It randomly turns on (the screen) and shows blue verticals lines, and you can see the Fitbit logo behind it.... As if it were smudged.

I wore my Fitbit while playing soccer yesterday and now it has vertical running across the screen. I tried reset with left and lower right buttons. Also tried settings then shut down device. Neither has worked. Help/support is greatly appreciated
