For the past 2 days my Fitbit Blaze has been "stuck" in a 70 HR zone. During my workout the HR will only show dashes. No numbers. The green light is always on. I have tried resetting the watch. Toggling the HR on & off in settings. Leaving the HR off for a while. And I have tried shutting down the watch. Any suggestions on a fix?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. If you are having issues with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.

I have already been directed to the troubleshooting page you also referred me to by another fitbit moderator I contacted through a chat and still nothing. My next attempt will be a phone call. I will post an update on what I did to correct this issue.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the fitbit app on my phone and this worked for me!

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app on your phone. It seems to have worked in correcting this issue... for now. Good luck!
