Fitbit Blaze heart rate is way off while exercising

When I first got the Blaze a few weeks ago, I used it track my workout while exercising along with a Scosche Rhythm+ just to be sure the Blaze was accurate.  It seemed to be right in line with the Scosche as well as the heart rate shown by the machine.  I was about to use only the Blaze and it seems to be way off all of a sudden.  For instance today the Blaze showed my heart rate at 63 when I was well into a cardio workout and the Scosche and machine I was on both showed close to 120.  The heart rate on the Blaze timeline is much lower than the one from the Scosche.  I have every confidence that the Scosche is accurate as it is consistent with the machine's readout which uses a different monitor.  What can I do to alleviate this other than send the Blaze back?  I love the unit but the heart rate is an issue with me.

Hi, @Djscoe, many people find that the HR accuracy of the Blaze improves if you wear it a little higher on your arm and a little tighter than you would for day to day wear.
