Fitbit Blaze is frozen

My Fitbit is still telling time but won't respond to any tapping commands, button commands or syncing.

Hey @kipharmon, welcome to the Community.

 

If your Blaze isn't responding, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I'm having the same problem, but the reset does not seem to work either.
