Got this as a gift and gets fully charged in the cradle but will never get on outside of the cradle. Tried pressing the left button and bottom right down button. No help.
Called customer service and he said, it is out of warranty and why dont u buy a new Fitbit...Looks like Fitbit customer service is the pseudonym for Sales...Sucks...

Considering that it has been 2 years since the last Blaze was manufactured in not surprised that it is out of warranty.

I've just picked mine up after it's been out of use for a while, doesn't look like I'll get much help then either!
