My fit bit blaze is set on auto sync, but it doesn't. Not only that I have to do it manually which takes several goes and takes several minutes at lesdt, any advice?

Hi there @Poziichris, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to sync automatically. I'd like ot help you out with this.
My first recommendation would be to give your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, you might want to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and turn it back on and see if this helps.
If you need more help, let me know!

I am having the same problem. I tried to restart, but it will not. When I press the single(left) button and the top right button, it responds as if I am pressing only the right button. I removed the device to re-connect it to the app. The app can find the tracker, but cannot connect to it.

My fitbit blaze will also not reset/update, even when I hold the left and bottom right buttons for 20+ seconds. It's worked fine in the past.

It's not working for me either and I am holding the bottom button along with the left side. I am almost ready to switch to another manufacturer. VERY VERY frustrating

I have had the same problems for ages, and i have noticed that the person from fitbit hasn't got further involved, personally I think once a device is of a certain age it becomes obsolete, forcing us to purchase another one which is just plain wrong, let's see if fitbit answers this message, I bet not

Fit bit customer service has be come a joke, you have a problem and the best they can offer is try to reset turn of and on, half the time blue tooth not even showing in setting, when it showing it will turn its self of leaving me un able to repair with phone, upgraded software may help, Me I am upgrading to a Garmin had enough of being fobbed off with patronising 2nd rate advice.
