I charged my Blaze and looked at it at work after several vibrations and noticed that the screen was black or not responding. Tried to charge and screen looked like it was lighting up but no info, part black screen. Tried to "restart" per the Fitbit site but I got a distorted "Fibit Logo" that flashed and vibrated. The green lights underneath are on and I have tried cleaning gold contacts and debris. Still nothing. Very upset that such an expensive device is not working properly after troubleshooting through the Fitbit website. HELP!
