Fitbit Blaze is not responding

My Blaze battery suddenly starting draining overnight after a full charge. I have had it for about two years and it was fine all along. I would then charge it again, but the battery life got shorter within days, until it wouldnt charge at all anymore. Have tried every trouble shooting tip I could find and even contacted support a few weeks ago. The guy I spoke to was not able to help and I was told someone locally (South Africa) would get in touch, but have had no call or email since. So have been unable to use my fitibit for almost a month. Its completely dead now and no amount of time in a charger or pressing buttons has any effect. Hoping I get some positive response via this post....
