1. How do i get my fitbit blaze to show the same number of calories left to eat as MFP?

2. Am i right in thinking that i should be logging all my food and water through MFP and all of my steps and excercise will be automatically logged through my fitbit blaze and sent through as a calorie adjustment on MFP?

Hey there @hex_da_rex, first let me give a disclaimer, I don't monitor my calories and have no intention to. I do monitor my weight activity and quantity of food.

For point one third of not possible manly because calories counting is not an exact science, Fitbit and MFP use different proprietary formulas.

For point two, you have the correct idea.

MFP has been specializing in counting calories input, vs output for  good amount of time. Fitbit specializes in tracking the bodies activity.

Put the two together and you get the perfect pair. So yes enter the Floor into MFP let Fitbit send the activity, ignore the calorie guide in Fitbit and come the recommendations on MFP.

People that use both, highly recommend doing it this way, and find that only one should be followed. The reason for this is explained in point one.

I'm sure the will be more MFP users jumping in with its benefits.
