Fitbit Blaze isn't being accurate

I have had a Fitbit since 2016, and for about 4 months now, it does not seem to calibrate the correct number of steps or miles.

I have received inaccurate readings on both the treadmill and while jogging or running outside. I will jog approximately 4.0 miles, and Fitbit records me at only 2.5 miles of jogging. I receive the same misreading on the Treadmill. I have also gone out with my husband to exercise and have put in more miles than he has, perhaps 3 more miles and his recordings say that he has logged more miles than myself.

Does anyone know what the solution to this might be?

It's great to welcome you @TDRo.

Can you please tell me how are you logging your activities? Are you selecting them directly from the Blaze or are you manually logging them? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some tips in order you make your tracker accurate.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
