My phone says my Fitbit Blaze needs to be unlocked. How do I do that?

On the android phone or the Fitbit app., @Lynne567? Where on the phone are you seeing this? Could you post a screen shot?

The message I was receiving had to do with my phone and not my Fitbit Blaze. I stood cannot sync with my phone. It is pared with my Fitbit but when I try to sync it says that it cannot find the Fitbit. I can sync with my Kindle Fire but I wish I could get it to work with my phone though.

I'm having the same issue and the fitbit widget is gone.

Just a note to let everyone know how all of this turned out.

To try to get my Fitbit to work with my phone this is what I did. I read somewhere in one of the help articles that if you had two Bluetooth devices that they could interfere with the Fitbit. So I turned off the Bluetooth on my Kindle and that didn't work. I uninstalled Fitbit from the Kindle and it still didn't work. I finally unpaired not only my Fitbit but also my phone from my Kindle and now it works perfectly.

Hey there @Lynne567@Crgill it's great to welcome you and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

@Lynne567 I am glad to hear that this issue has been resolved and thanks for sharing the steps you did. @Crgill have you tried what our friend here shared? If you haven't, I recommend trying this. Now if the issue persists, could you please provide me with a photo of what you are seeing or confirm that the issue is with syncing?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
