Blaze charge only lasts 12hours!

My Blaze has been working well with the battery lasting around 3 days until last weekend. Now I charge it overnight and it is virtually empty by 6pm barely lasting 12hours. Not very happy really but grateful for any suggestions....

Hi there @Aileendoc. I'm very happy to see you in the Community Forums 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that your tracker's battery is lasting only 12 hours 😕

With a regular usage, the battery on the Fitbit Blaze should last for at least 5 days. Now, 12 hours doesn't sound very good. I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Is your firmware current?  I had problems with battery life the newest firmware, 17.8.402.1 seems to have fixed the problem.
