Fitbit Blaze not charging or displaying heart rate

Hey all! My Blaze just started not showing the heart rate (just shows - -) and now it won’t keep a charge. I have reset it several times, made sure the green lights were on and that the setting was on the app to track heart rate. I have had my Blaze for over a year now and love it but I’m not sure I would pay $200 again to replace it. Any help is appreciated!

I'm sorry you're having problems with the battery and heart rate monitor not working fine on your Fitbit Blaze but thanks for all you've tried to get it to work!

Unfortunately mine stopped keeping track of my heart rate on Saturday. I called Fitbit and was offered 25% off another one from THEIR website. They don’t even have a Blaze to purchase though. Mine is 14 months and I’m very disappointed in the quality or lack there of and will not be replacing it with another Fitbit. Two of my kids have Apple Watches so that looks like my next purchase.
