My new fitbit blaze is not charging, it is showing the initial screen. I completed the setup for Andriod phone and it is showing Battery is low. I tried the suggestion mentioned in the article still it is not working.

Does your Blaze still show the initial screen with the fitbit.com/setup messagr?
If so, the setup process has not been completed yet.. The tracker will not show any indication, other than a slight buzz when connecting the charger, no indicator will be seen.
If the app is saying the battery is low, then place it into the charger for an hour, the app wants to load new firmware into the tracker before the tracker will work.

Currently in the App, status is showing Battery is Medium and Firmware version as 17.8.0.24. should I wait for some more time for completion of same.
When it will show the charging status in the device once the tracker update is completed?
