Hello guys, my Fitbit Blaze is not taking charge/response when connected to the charger. It won’t show any difference when plugged in the charger. I also bought a new charger and tried charging in it, but same happened and it is still not charging. What should I do? Is there any option for repairs/replacement, or I will have to dump my watch?

Hi,
Have you tried cleaning the contacts with an eraser, or a mild solution of alcohol and water?
It could be a buildup on the contacts stopping the connection.
Try that first, but don't use any abrasive material otherwise you will scratch the contacts and cause corrosion which will ensure it won't work.

Hi.
I have the same issues. Every time it goes flat I stick it on charge.....I check after 40 minutes and its not charged.
I take out the tracker and reset the thing. It then comes up, after a few restarts, and says it needs charging.
I then stick it on charge again for about 90 minutes and it works....ish.
Not ideal i know so I will be complaining to fit bit.
