Fitbit Blaze not connecting to phone

I recently bought a fitbit blaze. .and the first one didn't connect. .it would say it's found tracker.  But wouldnt connect and give me the code to set up. And then it would lose it and say to start again. .then I thought it was that tracker. .so I exchanged it for another. .now this one is doing the same. .I've restarted my Bluetooth on each Tackett several times. .hit the right and left buttons. .turned my phone on and off...what else is there??

Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

It's weird to hear that you have experienced this with several phones. As recommended, please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device. If your phone is compatible, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
