Fitbit Blaze not connecting with Samsung Galaxy S9

Hi,

 

I am trying to setup fitbit blaze with my new Samsung galaxy S9 and the phone is not detecting the watch. I am using the setup wizard and after step one the phone is not able to detect the device. Could you please let me know if it is even possible to connect S9 with Fitbit Blaze

Happening to me with S10.

In the end I deleted device and re set it.

 

However after syncing once it doesn't want to do it again...

Has the Blaze been removed from the phones Bluetooth?

I have an S9+. Initial setup took a few tries,  between Bluetooth & Bluetooth Classic (which ultimately was the winner).  Check to ensure your phone does not have too many Bluetooth devices actively trying to link at the same time,  which could force the device down the list so that it does not link.
