Fitbit Blaze not detecting daily goal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Fitbit Blaze didn't detect that my exercise goal was met yesterday (Thursday.)

My walking goals settings are:
Main Goal: Steps
Steps 5,000, Actual recorded for Thursday 5,186
Active Minutes 30, Actual recorded for Thursday 40

I usually walk to achieve these numbers, but on that day 1/4 of the numbers were from snow blowing.

I only care about steps and active minute count. How can I prevent other factors from affecting my target?

Hi there @stanhilliard, good to see you in the Forums! 🙂

That's pretty strange. Your Blaze should detect whenever you reach your daily goal and give you credit for that.

I can recommend going to the Account section at the top right corner of your dashboard. Here, in Goals, go to Activity and make sure that the goal for steps is set to 5000 or your desired one. If it's correct, you can try giving your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
