Fitbit Blaze not displaying detailed sleep stages

 I am having the exact same problem as JudithMarie.  For the first few weeks the detailed sleep 

stages worked. For the last 7 days I only get the summary sleep stages.  I have tried changing wrists, wrist location and tightness of band. Is there a fix for this very commom problem or do I need to send it back for a refund. My battery is always adequately charged. I am syncing to Apple iphone 7.
