Fitbit Blaze not holding a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am having an issue with my Blaze holding a charge. I have cleaned the connectors, reset it and turned off all features that will drain the battery. I charged it overnight and within a half hour of taking it off the charger the battery was down to 75%. Now 2 hours later it is almost dead.  Is there anyway to get a replacement battery? Thank you!

I've had the same problem over the past few days. My blaze might be a few years old but given the initial cost, I didn't expect to be throwing it out just because of a dead battery. There also isn't a new model that I like enough to be a suitable replacement so I refuse to spend money for a device I don't like that won't last any longer.

Thank you for replying.

I have had it a couple of years, but it should last longer. Last week it was charging fine, so I have no idea what happened.  I am debating between sticking with Fitbit or moving on to a Samsung. It is just really frustrating because I really liked this watch. Hopefully you can find something that works out better. 😊

Im having the same issues with my Blaze... green light wont go out and drains battery. Ordered a used one from ebay (what was I thinking) and of course the display doesn't work unless on the cradle (another common fitbit issue). I just orderd a brand new Garmin from Amazon. I refuse to give fitbit any more money for too many upgraded watches becaus4e they all suck as well as that dang scale.
