Fitbit Blaze not navigating

bought Today.  App loaded but watch not showing anything  except  logo

Since you can't swipe the screen over to setting to restart, manually force one by Holding the left button and the lower right button at the same time for at least 15 seconds. If you get to 20 secs and your Blaze still has not vibrated to indicate a restart contact customer service chat and let them know you suspect a "stuck" button. They may ask you to remove your Blaze from its wristband frame and try again (in case the frame is the issue) so give it a try as well so you can let them know it is not the frame. Come back and let us know how it goes.
