Fitbit Blaze not responding and blue dots appeared on display

My Fitbit just ceased working. All I got is dit’s on the screen that look like little pac men. Fitbit is only 14 months old. It is s blaze.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze display behaving like this.

 

I'd like to help you out.

 

My first recommendation would be to give your Blaze a quick restart and see how it goes. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

After that, see if your tracker works fine. If it doesn't, let me know and I'll be happy to help you out with this.

This is exactly what's happening with mine...vibrates every 10 seconds or so. Will not reset
