Just got Fitbit Blaze today, it's working fine when placed on the charging cage and the battery is shown as fully charged, but as soon as I take it out of the charging cage the device is dead.
I'm doing something wrong or I should send it back for warranty

Hi @migabriel, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Fitbit Blaze to respond when out of the charger. I'd like to help you out with this.
My first recommendation would be to give it a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Now, keep in mind that it's normal for the tracker not to show anything on the display if you've not been able to set it up yet. Once you set it up, you should be able to see the clock on the display and if you swipe to the right, you should see the other screens.
If you're still having problems with your tracker not responding out of the charger, let me know. I'll be happy to help you out.

The restart was the first thing I tried.
I manage to set up the device but only while charging. The sync between the watch and phone was OK.
