Just about every morning for the past month or so, my blaze won't sync. I restart the fitbit, I turn bluetooth off and on, and then eventually if all of that fails, I restart my phone. I feel like that shouldn't be a daily necessity. It never is a problem over the day, just when I wake up. I have an android and I have "all-day sync" turned on, so I don't understand what the problem is?

Hi @jlb1688. Good to see you in the Forums.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your tracker to sync almost every morning. Thanks for all you've tried to get this to work.
Now, I'd like to know which is the phone you're using for syncing. Have you checked that your phone is a compatible device? If not, please check the compatibility on this list of compatible devices.
If it is a compatible device, since you've already tried restarting your phone, your Bluetooth and your tracker, I'd recommend setting it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know!

It appears that my device is not a "compatible" one...
What does that mean? It doesn't financially seem worth it for me to go buy a 700$ new phone just to get it to sync with my 150$ fitness tracker?
I have a Moto Z Play and I still have another year on this contract.

Thanks for getting back @jlb1688.
I totally understand what you're saying. When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.
For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.
Be sure that your phone meets the following requirements for it to be able to sync:
Platform Minimum Supported OS
Android Android 4.4 (KitKat)
iOS iOS 10
Windows Windows 10 - Version 1607
If you have any other doubt, let me know!

It seems that my OS is Android 7.1.1. I guess that's further ahead of what the app currently is programmed for?
Thanks for the information.

My Fitbit doesn't sync in the mornings but it always works in the evenings. It's super annoying. I tried switching Bluetooth on and off, switching my phone off, but it makes no difference. It only syncs when it wants to! Now I try in the mornings and afternoons and it doesn't work, but magically does in the evenings.
