Fitbit Blaze not tracked HR since Jun 23rd

Hi my Fitbit Blaze has stopped tracking heart rate. It was until June 23rd but no longer does. I've reset watch. I have changed HR settings to Auto and On but neither option works. Any ideas? Kells x
