Fitbit Blaze not tracking any sleep logs

Hello I am 3 days it to my new Fitbit blaze however it is not tracking any sleep logs. I have tried the help forums (reset etc) but still nothing. Can you help please ?

It's great to see you around @Rubygrace1. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker is not registering your information, I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more. If this doesn't work, feel free to contact our support team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
