Hi there @Smh567, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze not tracking your sleep or your exercises. I'd like to help you out.

When it comes to sleep, I can recommend doing the following:

1. Manually sync your tracker.
2. Restart your Fitbit Alta. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot
3. Try sleeping with your tracker on your non-dominant hand.

Now, about your exercise not being recorded, I'd like to know how exactly you're doing this. The Fitbit Blaze has Exercise Shortcuts which you can use to track specific activities by starting and ending the recording from your tracker and once you sync it, they should show up on your dashboard.

If you're letting your Blaze automatically recognize your exercise with SmartTrack, you might want to lower the time it takes for your tracker to recognize your activity. For this, on the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon at the top right corner. Here, go down to Goals, then look for Exercise and here, make sure that the relevant activities you need to be automatically recognized, are set to be recognized at at least 10 minutes.

Hope this helps and if you need more help, let me know!
