Fitbit Blaze not updating/charging.

I just recieved my new Fitbit Blaze, so happy!

So I proceeded to bind it to my account on Fitbit, and started to set it up. When I get to the update software bit, it won't start it because apparently the watch doesn't have enough battery to do so. So I proceed with charging it for almost an hour and a half. Reading around I see that before completing setup the indicator will not show if it is charging or not. So I carefully put the little screen in the charging box, aligning it carefully with the little lined dots, and carefully click it into place. By all in all, it should have charged by now!

So I try again, but it is still telling me that my Fitbit Blaze does not have any battery time, and it still will not proceed with the Software Updates. What should I do?!

You probably already knew this, but I was surprised that my Blaze would not charge when my computer was off, which is a bit inconvenient since typically when I want to charge it, I am not on my computer.

You cant blame Fitbit on the computer thats why i use a phone charger.

@bellama dod you feel the vibration when setting up the tracker to charge.
