I recent bought a new Fitbit Blaze. After charging and installing new firmware, I took it out of the charger and screen turns off. I have tried to restart this out of the charger and nothing. I have also tried to do it while in the charging station and nothing. However when in the charging station it is showing a full charge and working perfectly.
Have tried to contact support but not heard back from them.

A warm welcome to the Community @Mae6 and @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. I would like to know if you have heard back from our support team, have they offered a solution for the issue you are experiencing?
