Fitbit Blaze not working out of cradle

I recent bought a new Fitbit Blaze. After charging and installing new firmware, I took it out of the charger and screen turns off. I have tried to restart this out of the charger and nothing. I have also tried to do it while in the charging station and nothing. However when in the charging station it is showing a full charge and working perfectly.

 

Have tried to contact support but not heard back from them.

I have yes .I have to send the unit back and a new one is being sent out.

I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new Blaze @SunsetRunner. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
