I am using Fitbit Blaze that works only on charging cradle. If I remove the device from charging case, and try to turn on the screen, the screen does not turn on.
Amazingly, the fitbit blaze gets sync via mobile accurately when placed in charging cradle, but as soon as I remove it from charging cradle and put it in the case, the screen goes black and doesnt turn on by any means.
I tried all the steps to restart or factory reset the Blaze mentioned on Fitbit community, but it didnt help at all.
I have contacted the fitbit support and waiting for their reply.

Hi @coolrdb, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze not working out of the charger and thanks a lot for all that you've done to get the tracker to work.
I just checked with our Support Team and it seems that they've already offered the available options for you. If you need more help, feel free to let me know!

Hi Ferdinand,
Thanks for your message.
Yes I have been offered the 25% discount on purchase of new Fitbit device. But I am not at all interested in the offer as I like my Fitbit Blaze very much. I also understand the policy of out of warranty, but the thing is I reported the issue just one day after the actual warranty had expired.
Can you please help me to get a replacement for Fitbit Blaze as I dont want to loose it.
If its not possible, then I don't want to use the offer made by the support team as I am not interested in getting a new Fitbit device. It may sound rude, sorry for the same, but hope you understand that I am saying this out of my liking for the Fitbit Blaze.
Regards,
Rahul
