Works as long as it is on charger. This was my grandfathers and when he passed it was given to me because we have the same heart issue. I have tried restarting and even thought of buying a battery for it but no luck. Did the update woke up and fitbit passed too I guess. My grandfather had it for two weeks then I got it for two weeks now it does not work this is crazy. I was going to buy another one because I finally got the operation to this one down. But so many people with the same problem I don’t think it’s worth it. We are a family of fitbit users from flex to charge to surge to charge 2. Never a problem they are still work perfectly. I am very disappointed about this watch but I am now worried about using the fitbit product again. If I have to pay 200-300 bucks might as well get a Apple Watch.

Hi. I have got the same issue. It shuts down automatically as soon as I take it out of the charger. Have been having this issue from quite a some time. Thought it might be a bug but it is still an issue.
Do you have any solution for this?? Happy to share pics or video if you like.

Frustrated to read thread after thread about this issue I’m having with my Blaze. It works and displays while on the charger BUT there is zero life in off the charger. While on the charger it reads full charge (even though it’s been a year since I attempted to charge it again after all this frustration. My wife spent good money on this for
my birthday gift and it worked formaybe two months before the above mentioned issue.
What are my options at this point? What is the fix? Why not post the fix instead of prolonging it by turning us over to customer support?
