I recently got a new phone and now I only receive text notifications. My phone displays email messages, calls and text messages as banners, but only the texts are getting to the Blaze.
I'm using an iPhone XR. I've tried all of the support setup topics. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems receiving notifications on your Fitbit Blaze. Thanks a lot for trying to get this resolved. I'll be happy to help you out!
I can recommend removing your tracker from your connected Bluetooth devices on your phone and then, set it up again as a new device making sure to sync your tracker before this to avoid losing any unsynced data.
For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
