Fitbit Blaze overheating

Hello, I got my fitbit blaze as a birthday gift. It has been working great. All of a sudden, it doesn't hold it's charge and when I place it to charge it, is over heating. Now the screen is flickering. Is there anything that I can do yo get it working again? I haven't even had it for that long and now it's acting up. Not happy with having to deal with this headache and not working. Is anyone else  having this issue? Who can I reach out to or can I send it in to get looked at? Please let me know. Thank you in advance.
